Personal Coaching - both on track and offI am one of the UK’s most experienced and endorsed coach / trainer’s focusing on performance training in the following key areas – presenting and communication skills, brand development, team building, motivation and media. And, of course, race driving!
My client portfolio in this area range from Motorola through to Mercedes Benz, working everywhere from Chicago to Cannes, and in 2018 driving ahead with my accredited industry leading presentation and communication skills programme, ‘Present to Win’.
I wrote ‘Present to Win over an eight year period, pouring everything I have ever learned about the business into it. We launched in 2007, and the course has been inspirational – empowering people is extremely rewarding. My ‘Present To Win’ course involves detail training in every aspect of making compelling presentations; it is filmed throughout to memory stick for reference, and is fully interactive for all delegates.
‘Present to Win’ can be based out of the ‘BRDC Clubhouse’ at Silverstone, or, indeed, at a venue of the client’s choice. I am also available to take on training / coaching assignments as a consultant, in and around my busy events calendar and given sufficient forward notice.
In 2019 I am returning to the circuits to both race, and, additionally offer personal coaching to drivers who want to take their racetrack skills to the next level. For 20 plus years I have held an MSA Superlicence, I helped the MSA set the Novice Licence Scheme up, and, furthermore, I am responsible for the training, assessment and licencing of race Instructors. Personal instruction from the Instructor who instructs Instructors in how to instruct. I’m not going to say that again anytime soon. In my capacity as Superlicence Instructor at Silverstone, I have issued race licences to everyone from Jeremy Clarkson through to Lord March. Not a bad racing stable.
Having spent the last twenty-five years based out of racetracks worldwide, and having presented 'Go Racing, Start Karting, The Race, and GT Academy', it seemed logical to make that coaching experience and expertise available on a personal basis to both racers and track day warriors looking for a substantial performance uplift. My high profile driver coaching students to date have included AC/DC's lead singer Brian Johnson, pop star Gary Numan, footballer Les Ferdinand, boxer Nigel Benn and Radio 1 DJ Greg James. If you would like to join these illustrious ranks, please get in touch to discuss your objectives. Your race car, your performance road car or one of our track prepared, V-Box equipped Porsche Boxster 986’s – the choice of blade is yours. The constant is the quality of instruction. Definitive.
